Next Open Day Tuesday March 14, 2017

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

The Waunakee Food Pantry has been sharing food and bringing hope to hungry people for over 40 years.  Our success can be attributed to the support we receive from generous donors, sponsors and friends like you.  Through empowerment, education and partnership the Waunakee Food Pantry brings together community resources to feed people in need.

We are open the first Monday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, the second Tuesday from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, the third Wednesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and the fourth Thursday from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm of each month.

Weather Policy

In bad weather the food pantry is closed when Waunakee schools are closed.

Delivery Help Needed

The Waunakee Ecumenical Board needs help delivering Easter Baskets.  Each Easter, the Waunakee Ecumenical Board prepares Easter Baskets with treats for our senior citizens, 80 years of age and older, living within the Waunakee Community. We need help to make the rounds to seniorís homes and to the various Waunakee senior living communities to bring smiles and the gift of Godís love to our special residents. Please come help for an hour or so on Palm Sunday, April 9 at 11:30am at Peace Lutheran Church, 701 Century Ave, Waunakee in the delivery of over 500 Senior Easter Baskets -- it is a great family service project and a Waunakee Tradition. Each year we have an overwhelming need of people to make these much anticipated deliveries.
